We drive all the way from Rancho Cucamonga for their treats. We've been going for years and getting cakes here. 4 stars cause once we dropped by since we were in the area only to find that the dessert we purchased had no fillings. We laugh at the odds, but it just sucked cause we lived so far.

The bakery is super clean and the staff is always welcoming. The quality has gotten way better compared to a few years ago. Always fresh and delicious pastries.

I love love this place! Whenever I'm in Glendale I MUST STOP here!! The best crunch cake ever!! Service is efficient and great! I stopped by here near the holidays and oh my goodness what a Christmas dream! The pastries were beautifully set up. The Kievsky cake is my absolute favorite and my yearly bday tradition cake! If you've never tried kyiv it's very similar to a Sans rival (filipino dessert) with layers of buttercream and cashews, BUT the crunch here is just top notch!! Also, their birdmilk cake and strawberry cake is delicious as well! Light airy and not too sweet!

The cake was fresh like always and once you enter the bakery you grab a number and wait until the staff helps you. The staff is very professional and nice. I always order my cakes from Karina's because they are the best in Glendale and there designs too.

Easy to find, near a major interstate. They have their own parking lot. They have a ton of variety of pastries. I couldn't decide which ones to get I wish I could try them all. The staff is very patient. The regulars know exactly what to get whereas tourists like me are in amazement of all the pretty and yummy goodies. Note to self, if you plan on traveling with the sweets, I'd suggest you pack a cooler and some packing material to protect the delicate pastries!

Ordered this for delivery it was fresh, creamy and so good! It was very lightly sweetened soft taste , perfectly balanced! I can't wait to try other treats! My favorite was the ideal slice ! So delicious ! Prices are great too!

Not a cake person but this place is Always consistent with our cakes! Love Karina's. It's the cake I only eat. We ordered our cakes and we were in an out. The ladies are friendly and the place is always immaculate.

I honestly have to give her all the stars there is, I placed beautiful cake for my daughters birthday it was so easy to place an order rather than make appointments elsewhere and go sit and wait for the baker to see you and come to tell you the baker is not in town and he/she can't do anything about it , but with Karina's bakery new location here on Van Nuys is excellent even the employees at the store and very patient with you and explaining how the service works, once I got in contact with the manager she was so quick to answer all of my questions and concerns about what I want my cake to look like and even better than what I wanted!. I highly recommend Karina's cake from all! Oh did I mentions how delicious the cake was? I literally had to pack a slice of cake with every guest to take home! Thank you once more

Thank you Karina's!! Haven't been here in so long and they're still as sweet and delightful as ever. I purchased a bird's milk sheet cake as a treat for my friend's birthday and they wrote really nicely on top and also included the prettiest most elegant high quality cake cutter. In today's time, it's rare to still receive quality complimentary items and it goes a long way with customers. I love that their desserts are a unique and delicious alternative to typical cakes and are more subtle in sweetness, somewhat similar to Asian desserts. If you're in Glendale, stopping by is a must! Treat yoself bc you deserve it!!

I've been to this bakery once before but decades ago, when it was a small, modest hole-in-the-wall. Strangely enough, I would daydream about their Beze cookies...the taste and textures are quite memorable, but I honestly couldn't remember this bakery's name. Anyway, as I was scrolling in Yelp for dessert options around the area, I luckily came across Karina's and realized that this was it! The place that has the cookies I dream about! (Yay!) Service was good. We came about 15-minutes before they closed so the initial vibe I got wasn't too welcoming, lots of gals behind the counter but no greeting and we were the only ones there at the time. Regardless, I asked a lot of questions because I was curious about the different dessert selections and Roza, our server, was helpful and kind. Karina's Cake House has beautiful cakes and delicious Armenian pastries. I personally recommend their Beze cookies and Almond cookies. It's now bookmarked for me so I know where to go when the craving hits. Pay them a visit too. They do have a private parking lot.
